If you notice any issue with your RIMON piece, please contact us to arrange for an inspection. If we determine that a craftsmanship defect is present, we will service your jewelry at no additional cost to you. If we determine that the damage is outside of our responsibility, we will quote you a price for the service and only move forward once we have your approval.

Warranty Coverage:

- Replacing lost accent stone(s) for free within one year from delivery date.

(After one year, lost accent stones will be considered a part of normal wear and tear, and can be replaced at a small fee).

- Correcting any raftsmanship defects.

All of our pieces are made with solid 14K/18K gold, and a wide variety of diamonds or precious gemstones, we offer natural diamonds and also lab-grown diamonds on some of our pieces.

Some of our diamonds are gemologically certified, and others are not.

We offer a diamond certificate free of charge for diamonds at or above 0.5 carats. The gemological certificate is issued by the GIA, EGL or IGL, depending on the diamond we find.

If the diamond you want is 0.49 carats or less, we can issue a gemological certificate specifically for you, for an additional fee of 55 USD. This will add about a week to the production time of your order.

We’re committed to maintaining high ethical sourcing standards, and using recycled gold.

Karat indicates the purity level of gold: 14K gold has a lower gold content compared to 18K gold. Consequently, 18K gold,
with its greater proportion of pure gold, is more expensive than 14K gold.. However, it's important to remember that pure gold is relatively soft, making 14K gold somewhat more durable due to its reduced gold content.

1. The most reliable option in finding your accurate ring size is to go to a local jeweler or jewelry store and have them measure your finger.

2. Another option is to order a plastic ring sizer online; Ring sizers are reliable and offer an easy solution for anyone that can't go to a jeweler.

All of our pieces are custom made to order by hand. Handcrafted fine jewelry takes time to create, This is why orders are normally shipped within 2-3 weeks.
