Our Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
Handcrafted & Made-to-Order
Because every RIMON piece is individually handcrafted to your specific requirements—including your chosen size and gold tone—we do not hold stock. Each piece is created especially for you. Consequently:

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the specialized labor and materials involved in creating your bespoke piece.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to their personalized nature, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Diamond Engagement Rings.

Custom-designed orders.

Personalized jewelry (such as engraved pieces).
How to Process a Return
To ensure a safe and seamless return process, all international returns must be shipped through our dedicated DHL/UPS/FedEx account.

Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $80 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers fully insured express shipping and professional customs clearance to ensure the package is safely returned to our studio.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your piece for a different style, please contact us. The same conditions regarding restocking fees and handcrafted production timelines will apply to the new item.
