Lifetime Warranty

At RIMON Fine Jewelry, we take immense pride in the integrity of our work. Every piece is handcrafted to the highest standards, designed to be a timeless treasure that lasts for generations. We stand behind our quality with a Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

Our Commitment to Quality

If you ever notice an issue with your RIMON piece, please reach out to us for a professional assessment.

  • Craftsmanship Defects: If we determine that a defect is due to manufacturing, we will service your jewelry at no additional cost.

  • General Maintenance: If the issue is due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we will provide a fair quote for the necessary repairs and proceed only with your approval.

What is Covered

  • Lifetime Protection: Coverage against any structural defects in the jewelry’s craftsmanship.

  • Accent Stone Replacement: We offer complimentary replacement of any lost accent stones (side stones) within one year from the delivery date.

Exclusions & Conditions

To maintain the integrity of your jewelry and this warranty, please note the following:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Fine jewelry is delicate and not indestructible. Our warranty excludes damage from normal wear, accidental trauma, loss of gemstones, or theft.

  • Accent Stones (After 1 Year): After the first year, lost accent stones are considered part of normal wear and tear and can be replaced for a small fee.

  • Center Stones: Our warranty does not cover damaged, chipped, or lost center stones. Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival; any concerns regarding the center stone must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Third-Party Service: Any repair, resizing, or service performed by a jeweler other than RIMON will automatically void your warranty.

  • Original Ownership: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Request Service

To arrange an inspection or repair, please contact our studio at info@rimon-jewelry.com. We recommend insuring your jewelry through a private insurance provider (such as Jewelers Mutual) to cover accidental loss or damage beyond our craftsmanship warranty.
