All orders are custom cast and made to order in Israel. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.
Orders take approximately 21 business days to produce and ship. Should you need your order before then- you may be able to request a rush order, which can be made depending on www.rimon-jewelry.com ability. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and it will be sent to be approved by a sales representative.
It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.
Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.
RIMON-JEWELRY.com reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by RIMON-JEWELRY.com.

We are currently using Paypal as our sole means of payment. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
All international shipments are sent the fastest FedEx option possible.
Some locations we cannot ship to. Please check with us in advance if you are not sure.
RIMON-JEWELRY is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries. RIMON-JEWELRY shall incur no liability in the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, weather or from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the user must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.

Duty or Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We take every care to ensure your goods are packaged in a way that protects them during transit but sometimes damage does occur. Users must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.

Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items, etc.) must be communicated to RIMON JEWELRY.com within 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 7 days minus 35% restocking fee (but not custom made and personalized items or items that were bought on sale).
Goods should be returned in their original packaging where relevant. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
The 14-days-period shall begin to run after receipt of this instruction (e.g. via e-mail, fax), but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer. In order to comply with the 14-days-period, it shall be sufficient for the products in question to have been dispatched as new and unused within this period.
In the event of the return of the products, any services and products received, and any profit derived there from, shall be returned.
Rimon-jewelry.com will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
All custom made items sold on rimon-jewelry.com are made according to the client’s personalized specifications, the client does not have any right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal) or right to return or exchange products.
Once an order has been validated on the site, users acknowledge that the transaction has been accepted in full consideration of the description of the jewelry sold, and that it constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment. The sale is then considered to have been completed and the purchase price is immediately due. From this time on, the user does not have any right of withdrawal, or right of exchange or return (in particular in the event of an error of size or text).

Because of the high cost to insure the shipment of your jewel, should an accent stone fall out, or repair become necessary, you won't send the item back to us. Instead, we will send you the appropriate accent gems/diamonds needed for a local jeweler to set. You will send us pictures of the problem, at which time we will determine the fair cost in US Dollars that should be refunded to you for the labor of the repair charged by this local jeweler. This amount will be refunded in US Dollars to you through the method is which you originally paid for the item, which you can use to take your item to a local jeweler of your choice for repair. You will be responsible for the difference in currencies or the difference in price should there be one. We cannot be responsible for damage done to your piece by another jeweler. If you have another jeweler work on the piece in any way (including sizing and cleaning) you void the warranty.
There is no warranty for center stones. If you want your center stone and piece covered against loss, damage, or theft etc. you can insure your piece through your Homeowner's Insurance Policy. If you have another jeweler work on the piece in any way (including sizing and cleaning) you void the warranty. We cannot be responsible for any damage done or problems resulting to the ring by another jeweler. However, if another jeweler damages your piece, and you would like our help with the repair, we are happy to do this for a nominal charge. Warranties apply only to the original buyer of the piece(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
Rimon-jewelry.com shall incur no liability for any delay or failure to fulfill the order due to a technical problem or any other cause outside its control. In such cases, the site shall be entitled to delay dispatch and delivery or cancel the order.
