Shop Policies


 All orders are custom cast and made to order in Israel. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. 

Orders take approximately 14-21 business days to produce and ship. Should you need your order before then- you may be able to request a rush order, which can be made depending on ability. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and it will be sent to be approved by a sales representative. 

It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. 

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.  reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by 

 Conditions of payment :

 We are currently using Paypal as our sole means of payment. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.  


All international shipments are sent the fastest FedEx/DHL option possible.

Some locations we cannot ship to. Please check with us in advance if you are not sure.

RIMON-JEWELRY is NOT responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries. RIMON-JEWELRY shall incur no liability in the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, weather or from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the user must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.

Standard shipment takes up to 3-5 business days

Duty or Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We take every care to ensure your goods are packaged in a way that protects them during transit but sometimes damage does occur. Users must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.

Of course we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this issue may cause. 

Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items, etc.) must be communicated to RIMON within 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating all the user’s reservations and claims relative to the nonconformity of the products delivered or defects, is to be sent by e-mail and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:

No claims will be accepted after this period.


If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.


The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days minus 20% restocking fee (but not custom made and personalized items or items that were bought on sale). 

Goods should be returned in their original packaging where relevant. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. 

The 14-days-period shall begin to run after receipt of this instruction (e.g. via e-mail, fax), but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer. In order to comply with the 14-days-period, it shall be sufficient for the products in question to have been dispatched as new and unused within this period.

In the event of the return of the products, any services and products received, and any profit derived there from, shall be returned. will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 

 All custom made items sold on are made according to the client’s personalized specifications, the client does not have any right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal) or right to return or exchange products.


Cancellations can be requested free of charge within 24 hours. After 24 hours of purchase, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.


We stand behind the quality of all RIMON jewelry and provide lifetime warranty against all craftsmanship defects. If you notice any issue with your RIMON piece, please contact us to arrange for an inspection. If we determine that a craftsmanship defect is present, we will service your jewelry at no additional cost to you. If we determine that the damage is outside of our responsibility, we will quote you a price for the service and only move forward once we have your approval.

Warranty Coverage: 

- Replacing lost accent stone(s) for free within one year from delivery date.

(After one year, lost accent stones will be considered a part of normal wear and tear, and can be replaced at a small fee).

 - Correcting any craftsmanship defects.

Warranty Exclusions and Conditions:

- Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. Our warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, resulting loss of gemstones, artificial abuse, and/or theft.

 - We do not cover damaged, stained, or chipped center stone unless the defect is present upon arrival. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if the center stone arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition.

 - Repair, sizing, or other service performed by someone other than RIMON will automatically void all warranty.

 - Our warranty is non-transferrable, and has to be requested by the original buyer.

LIABILITY: shall incur no liability for any delay or failure to fulfill the order due to a technical problem or any other cause outside its control. In such cases, the site shall be entitled to delay dispatch and delivery or cancel the order. shall in no event incur any liability for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular connection interruptions, outside interference or the presence of computer viruses, or any other events of force majeure. reserves the right to make changes to its site and its content at any time, including to its rates, descriptions and stock, without notifying users, whether or not they are registered with the site.

Copyright and use of the website:

After the purchase is still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning its goods. 

The customer is not entitled to extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website. In particular, the customer may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (either once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial parts of this website. 

The customer must not use the website(s) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired. 


Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
